Intended use

The Fluorescent Immunoassay β-HCG POCT kit uses time-resolved fluorescent microsphere technology as the core technology, and uses microfluidic fluorescence immunoluminescence method to quantitatively detect the content of β-HCG in human serum, plasma and whole blood in vitro.

Summary

Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is composed of α and β subunits combined by ionic bonds and hydrophobic bonds, with a molecular weight of about 39KD. It is secreted by syncytiotrophoblast cells and is a kind of human placenta and luteal cells. Glycoprotein hormone, has a great effect on implantation and embryo nutrition. At the same time, it has certain auxiliary diagnostic value for gynecological inflammation and chorionic diseases.

Clinical significance of β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG):

1. Diagnosis and monitoring of pregnancy: detecting changes in the content of β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) in human serum can be used to diagnose early pregnancy and monitor pregnancy.

2. Auxiliary diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.

3. Observe threatened abortion and incomplete abortion.

4. Diagnosis and monitoring of trophoblastic tumors.

5. Monitor non-trophoblast malignancies.
