This Fluorescent Immunoassay AMH POCT Kit is designed for In Vitro Quantitative Detection of anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) in whole blood ,serum and plasma samples. It’s for professional only.
Summary
AMH is is a hormone secreted by the granulosa cells of of 4-8mm primary follicles and antral follicles, which can reflect the activity of follicles throughout the life cycle.The eugenic value is 2-6.8ng /mL. By detecting AMH level, the reserve function of the ovary can be predicted and evaluated, indicating how many follicles are reserved and how the follicles will function in the future. It can mainly help diagnose premature ovarian failure, ovulation disorder infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome, ovarian granulosa cell tumor and other diseases.
