Summary

Vitamin B12 (VB12), also known as cobalamin, is one of the eight B vitamins. Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that contains the rare element cobalt. Vitamin B12 mainly comes from meat, eggs, milk, and so on. Vegetarians often have a high risk of vitamin B12 deficiency.
