Intended use
This RT-qPCR Lyophilized Premix of Flu A & FluB & RSV is used to qualitatively detect the nucleic acids of influenza A virus (Flu A), influenza B virus (Flu B), and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in human throat swab samples by the method of RT-qPCT.

Principle
This product was detected by PCR fluorescent probe using fluorescent PCR for influenza A virus, influenza B virus and respiratory syncytial virus (FAM for A flu, VIC for syncytia, CY 5 for B) and internal control human genome RNaseP gene (ROX) in a single reaction tube. Where internal controls were used to assess sample quality and PCR inhibition, and uracil glycosylase was used to cleave N-glycosyl bonds between the uracil base and the sugar phosphate backbone, thus preventing residual contamination.

Precautions for use
- The lyophilized beads solves very quickly and is usually completed within 1 to 2 seconds after adding water. Wait about 20 seconds or gently vortex and centrifuge to remove the bubble.
- Always use the original PCR tube. If the mismatch between the PCR tube and the instrument needs to transfer the reagent, the lyophilized reagent should be reconstituted and then transferred.
