Summary

Among cardiovascular diseases, acute coronary syndrome (ACS) has an acute onset and great harm (high morbidity, mortality, and disability rates), and its treatment effect depends largely on early diagnosis and treatment.
Cardiac troponin I (cTnI) is a special protein that only exists in myocardial cells and is currently recognized as the gold standard for reflecting myocardial necrosis. Under normal circumstances, the content of cTnI in peripheral blood is very small. When myocardial damage occurs, myocardial cells rupture, cTnI is released and flows into the peripheral blood with the circulating blood, and the cTnI content in peripheral blood increases. However, the traditional cTnI detection method is not sensitive enough, especially when the cTnI level in the blood circulation is low, the ischemic symptoms are mild, or the electrocardiogram changes are atypical, which can lead to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
