Markers | Rising Time | Peak Time | Recovering Time |
H-FABP | 1-3h | 6-8h | 24-30h |
MYO | 1-3h | 4-8h | 20-36h |
CK-MB | 3-8h | 8-24h | 48-72h |
cTnI | 4-8h | 12-16h | 5-10d |
The volume of H-FABP is much more than MYO in blood, and easy to be detected. In a study of 102 patients with acute coronary syndrome, the result indicates that H-FABP can be detected within 3 hours, and the detection rate can reach to 66.7%, while conventional cTnI and CK-MB is 0%. Therefore, H-FABP will replace MYO as an ideal cardiac marker for early AMI diagnosis and it will become a new trend. #MYO#Cardiac Marker POCT#CK-MB test Kit
